Salary: £12.71 - £18.80 per hour
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable van drivers (Cat B, up to 3.5 tonne) to work for a range of our valued customers across the BN postcodes. Work may include driving transits, Luton box vans, or flat-beds. Immediate starts available.
The Role
You will be a crucial part of logistics operations; safely operating vehicles for multi-drop deliveries and/or collections.

- Performing vehicle checks and ensuring all defects are reported.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Assisting with loading and unloading goods, ensuring all items are secure for transit.
- Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork.

The Ideal Candidate (Essential Requirements)

- Full valid Cat B (Cat B) driving licence.
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience driving HGVs.
- A strong safety-first mindset and a professional demeanour.
- Previous use of ratchet straps and securing loads for transit.
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
- Own transport or ability to get to shifts for early starts
- No DR10 endorsements on driving record
