Driver Hire are currently recruiting 3.5 Tonne Van Drivers to work with a number of established clients based in and around Chesterfield.
With multiple clients and different types of work available, this is a great opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work, regular shifts or full-time employment.

The Role
Depending On The Client And Assignment, Duties May Include
- Driving 3.5 tonne vans safely and efficiently
- Local and regional deliveries
- Multi-drop deliveries and collections
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following all relevant health & safety procedures
- Working to agreed delivery schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Category B driving licence
- Previous van driving experience preferred but not essential
- Multi-drop experience would be advantageous
- Maximum 6 points preferred, subject to client requirements
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with manual handling where required
