Role Description
The Van Driver is a full-time, remote role responsible for safely transporting goods between designated locations while following all traffic laws and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Van Driver will use mobile or onboard technology to confirm deliveries, track routes, and report delays or issues. The role also involves:
- Performing basic vehicle inspections
- Reporting maintenance needs
- Ensuring the van is kept clean and organized
This position requires consistent punctuality, strong customer service when interacting with recipients, and adherence to safety and security standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate a delivery van safely, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Skills in route planning, time management, and basic use of GPS and mobile logistics applications.
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading packages within reasonable weight limits.
- Strong attention to detail for verifying addresses, documenting deliveries, and following procedures accurately.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members in a professional manner.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote, field-based environment.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and willingness to report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
