We’re looking for a reliable and professional Motorcycle Van Driver to join our Motorrad team at Vines of Guildford on a fixed term basis (November 1st 2026 - February 28th 2027).
You’ll be responsible for safely collecting and delivering customer motorcycles to and from various locations, keeping customers updated on delivery times and ensuring every bike is handled with care. You’ll also carry out vehicle condition checks, manage the relevant paperwork and provide customers with a professional handover, helping us deliver the high standards of service they expect from Vines.
You’ll need a current motorcycle and car licence, be comfortable driving a van and be confident handling bikes of different sizes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Safely collect and deliver customer motorcycles to and from required locations.
- Keep customers updated on delivery times and any delays.
- Check motorcycles for damage and overall condition before collection or delivery.
- Complete and check all relevant paperwork, including obtaining customer signatures where required.
- Ensure motorcycles are safely and correctly positioned and secured for transportation.
- Provide customers with a professional and detailed handover of their motorcycle.
- Safely move and park motorcycles around the dealership premises.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks and ensure correct fuelling before driving.
- Take care of customer motorcycles while they are in your responsibility.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow health & safety requirements.
- Support the wider team with additional driving duties and other tasks when required.

What We're Looking For:
- A current full UK motorcycle and car driving licence is essential.
- Confident handling and riding motorcycles of different types and sizes.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Highway Code and current road traffic regulations.
- A professional and courteous approach to customers.
- Strong attention to detail when checking motorcycles and completing paperwork.
- A responsible approach to the safe handling and care of customer motorcycles.
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
- An enthusiastic, trustworthy and dependable approach.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and working hours.
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
