Van Driver – Multi-Site Deliveries
Location: Woolwich, SE18
Pay Rate: £13.36 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Start Time: Typically between 5:00am and 6:00am
Finish Time: Typically between 1:00pm and 2:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Overtime: Available
The Opportunity
Recruitable Staffing Driving are recruiting a Van Driver for a full-time, temp-to-perm position based in Woolwich.
The role involves driving a long-wheelbase manual van and completing laundry deliveries and collections across multiple customer sites. This is a physical, customer-facing position involving regular loading and unloading.

Duties
- Driving a long-wheelbase manual van
- Completing multi-site deliveries and collections
- Delivering and collecting laundry from customer locations
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Completing the required delivery documentation
- Providing professional customer service
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Typical start time between 5:00am and 6:00am
- Typical finish time between 1:00pm and 2:00pm
- Overtime opportunities available
Requirements
For Insurance Purposes, Applicants Must
- Be aged 21 or over
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Have held their driving licence for at least 12 months
- Have no more than three penalty points
- Have no DD or IN driving conviction codes

Applicants Must Also
- Be comfortable driving a long-wheelbase van
- Be physically able to complete loading, unloading and manual handling
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Have good communication and customer-service skills
- Previous van-driving or multi-drop experience is preferred
