Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Van Driver role based in the United Kingdom. The Van Driver will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering electrical products to customers and branches in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning delivery routes
- Performing basic vehicle safety checks
- Completing delivery documentation
- Handling goods with care to minimize damage
- Providing courteous customer service on delivery
- Assisting with order picking or warehouse duties when required
- Cooperating with branch colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries
The Van Driver is expected to follow all road safety regulations and company procedures while representing Electric Center professionally.
Qualifications
- Safe driving skills
- A valid UK driving license appropriate for van driving
- Good knowledge of local routes or willingness to learn them
- Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Manual handling skills, including the ability to lift, carry, and secure stock safely, following health and safety guidelines

Beneficial qualifications include:
- Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics
- Experience in electrical wholesaling or trade environments
- Basic IT skills for using handheld devices or delivery systems
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment are essential.
