Job Opportunity: Temporary Van Drivers & Warehouse Support for Mission Christmas
This holiday season, we are seeking Temporary Van Drivers who can also provide warehouse support across the UK to join us for Mission Christmas during the months of November and December in Lancashire.
About the Role
The Mission Christmas Van Driver & Warehouse Support has a vital and demanding role to play in making our mission a reality. These are temporary roles where you really will be playing Santa!
Although you will be required to commute to the warehouse at your location, for any travelling within the role, we will provide you with a Van.

We work with grassroots organizations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.
Our Mission
Mission Christmas is the largest Christmas gift appeal in the UK. Our aim is to ensure every child wakes up to a present on Christmas morning, however, for many children, their family circumstances mean this may not be the case.
Families living in poverty face the daily dilemma of whether to buy clothes for their children, to heat the house, or to put food on the table. Christmas is a luxury they simply can’t afford. Rising costs have tipped many more families into financial hardship, and Christmas 2026 will see an even greater need for help from Mission Christmas.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting gifts from drop-off locations and delivering to our warehouse
- Loading, unloading, and moving large collection bags
- Occasional deliveries of gifts to beneficiaries
- Admin duties making telephone calls/emails and texts to beneficiaries
- Receive, sort, and then prepare donated gifts
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for wanting to make sure all children have that magical Christmas moment of opening a present. You’ll be organized, flexible, enthusiastic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and most of all, LOVE CHRISTMAS!
You must have a valid driving license.
Location: Lancashire
This is a temporary position throughout the months of November and December to support Mission Christmas.
