About The Role
Based in Portbury, this temporary Van Driver/Yard Operative position involves night shifts from midnight until roughly 5:00 am, Monday to Friday, paying £15.00 per hour. Van Driver / Yard Operative (Nights) – Portbury
£15.00 per hour | Immediate Start | Ongoing Temporary Work
We are looking for a Van Driver / Yard Operative to join their team in Portbury on an ongoing temporary basis.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Midnight (00:00) to approximately 5:00am
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Duties Include
- Moving 3.5T vans safely around the yard
- Loading vans with frozen food products ready for drivers to depart at approximately 5:00am
- Carrying out vehicle movements efficiently and safely
- Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements
- Full UK Category B (3.5T) driving licence
- Previous driving or yard experience is advantageous
- Own transport is essential, as the site is not accessible by public transport
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a physically active role
