Fast Trak designs pump-top and in-store promotions with strong buyer appeal for both transient and local customers, helping retailers maximize sales and profits. Its product range, priced from £1.49 to £49.99, changes monthly to maintain customer interest and loyalty. Each promotion is carefully developed to deliver value for consumers while providing strong margins for retailers.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Van Sales Merchandiser at Fast Trak Limited. The Van Sales Merchandiser will visit forecourts and convenience stores within an assigned territory to sell, deliver, and merchandise Fast Trak promotional products.

  • Building and maintaining strong retailer relationships
  • Presenting current and upcoming promotions
  • Ensuring effective product placement on pump tops and in-store displays
  • Managing stock levels in the van and at customer locations
  • Planning daily routes
  • Recording orders and sales
  • Monitoring promotional performance
  • Providing feedback from retailers and customers to support continuous improvement

The Van Sales Merchandiser is expected to uphold company standards, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with experience in field or route sales preferred.
  • Merchandising and retail display skills, including the ability to create attractive, compliant product layouts and maintain promotional materials.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and confidence operating a van for daily routes and deliveries.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills for planning routes, managing stock, and meeting sales targets.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse retailers and customers.
  • Basic numeracy and IT skills for handling orders, stock records, and simple reporting using mobile devices or tablets.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, convenience retail, or forecourt environments is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and adapt to changing promotional campaigns each month.
