We're looking for Sales Representatives and Relief Sales Representatives
You'll visit convenience stores across a given territory, helping customers stock the products shoppers love, spotting new opportunities, upselling and helping your customers understand the popular snacks and trends.
It's a busy, rewarding Monday to Friday role where no two days are ever the same and the miles fly by. If you've got bags of enthusiasm, enjoy chatting to people and fancy a career that's got a bit more bite than the average sales role, we'd love to hear from you.

What's involved in being a Sales Representative/Relief Sales Representative for Bobby's:
Sales Rep:
- The working day (we operate Monday – Friday), will see you visiting a variety of existing customers, ensuring they have the products they are looking for and promoting/selling new products or promotions
- Providing first class customer service to new & existing customers
- Generating sales delivered directly from the van and partly from central distribution
- Expanding the product range, selling new products and promotions, replenishing existing lines
- Improving product siting and presentation in store with the customer
- Canvassing of new customers in your area

Relief Sales Representative:
- Providing cover for our Sales representatives during periods of absence/holiday to ensure we continue to provide first-class service and support to customers
- Supporting new Sales representatives whilst they are learning their journey and products
- Working with our Sales representatives to support our customers by advising on products and carry out merchandising
- Help to grow business and expand on our current customer base
- Your day will involve driving a 7.5T van whilst visiting convenience stores, selling in our range and then delivering it from the van
- Due to the location of some of our routes, occasional overnight stays may be required

To do your job successfully, you will receive:

- The ability to build relationships and provide top class customer service
- The right skills and/or experience to succeed in a sales role
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Salary:
Base salary £26,500 with the opportunity to achieve up to £32,000 OTE
