Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, covering various CFO, Financial Controller (FC), and family office finance leadership positions. Day-to-day responsibilities typically include:

- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Leading finance teams

- Supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial and operational analytics

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, external advisers, and key stakeholders, contributing to capital allocation decisions, risk management, and long-term value creation within the organization or family office.
Qualifications
- Strong finance leadership skills with expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and budget management.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reporting, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear strategic insights.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, and a solid track record in CFO, FC, or senior finance roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage multiple priorities, and operate in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with family offices, private investment structures, or complex corporate groups is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with high integrity and sound judgment.
