Role Description
We have a number of different roles available for various positions supporting Brick Kiln Garden Centre’s retail, customer service, and administrative operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail support, customer service, or administrative work, preferably in a garden, lifestyle, or pet-related setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to customers and colleagues.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when handling schedules and product information.
- Interest in plants, gardening, pets, or outdoor living, with a willingness to learn about the centre’s products and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
