Job Purpose

We have a number of exciting roles currently available within our London Commercial team, principally dealing with operational real estate. Successful candidates will service a range of clients and will – according to seniority – also be expected to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Prosecuting investment transactions
  • Providing investment advisory services
  • Offering development advice and market reviews
  • Undertaking operator searches, in respect of new leases or management agreements
  • Structuring joint venture initiatives
  • Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions
  • Attending meetings with clients
  • Drafting detailed reports

Person Specification

  • MRICS qualified
  • Experienced in the delivery of transactional and general practice services
  • High degree of IT literacy
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • Driven with a can-do attitude
  • Ambitious and career focused.
