Vascular Access Specialist

London & M4 Corridor

£70,000 + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE

We’re looking for an ambitious Vascular Access Specialist!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with either a strong clinical background in Vascular Access or proven commercial experience selling into the specialty. You'll inherit an established customer base to nurture, while actively developing new business across hospitals and NHS Trusts.

The role is field-based with a particular focus on London, the M4 corridor, and surrounding hospitals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Vascular Access Specialist, your key duties will include:

  • Promoting and selling products to customers
  • Hunting new business through hospitals and trusts, predominantly targeting clinicians, but also working with procurement teams
  • Monitoring progress on performance, business plans, market trends, and competitor productions to help drive improvement
  • Proactively approaching new business leads and persuading clients to close deals
  • Developing and maintaining customer records and territory information, abiding by GDPR legislation
  • Designing and implementing a Key Account Management strategy for your territory, to help drive performance
  • Liaising with the National Sales Manager to meet targets
  • Developing a network of Key Opinion Leaders to support business development and opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Vascular Access Specialist, you must have:

  • A strong clinical background within vascular access or significant sales experience within the specialty
  • A patient-focused approach
  • A full clean UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills, to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to self-motivate, to reach targets and shape the role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
