  • Lead the delivery of complex VAT advisory projects across a diverse client portfolio
  • Provide expert advice on a broad range of VAT matters and specialist technical assignments
  • Lead VAT due diligence engagements and transaction-related projects
  • Take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of service
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business
  • Work collaboratively with Partners, Directors, and colleagues across tax, audit, and advisory teams
  • Support the continued growth and development of the VAT practice across the region
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior VAT professionals within the team
  • Contribute to networking, thought leadership, and wider market-facing initiatives

Previous Experience

  • Previous experience operating at Associate Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent level within VAT Advisory
  • Strong technical VAT expertise gained within professional practice
  • Experience managing complex advisory projects and client portfolios
  • Proven track record of business development and generating new fee opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification desirable
