VAT Lead - Industrial and Manufacturing Sector

Description
- Manage VAT compliance and ensure timely submission of VAT returns.
- Review and reconcile VAT accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide guidance on VAT-related queries to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UK VAT regulations and any applicable changes.
- Support audits and liaise with tax authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of VAT transactions and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improving VAT processes and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to integrate VAT requirements into broader financial strategies.

Profile
A Successful VAT Lead Must Have
- Strong knowledge of UK VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience using SAP4Hannah.
- Experience in managing EMEA VAT reporting and reconciliation processes.
- A methodical approach with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate VAT-related information clearly and effectively to non-specialists.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address VAT-related issues.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £36,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
