THE ROLE
An exciting role that combines core finance responsibilities with opportunities to shape decisions and drive improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders and play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights.
- Prepare and review financial reports, analysis, and budgets
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Partner with non-finance teams to drive performance
- Identify and implement process improvements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Mandatory
- Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or UK GAAP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software or ERP systems
Preferred
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
- Experience in business partnering
- History of identifying and executing process optimisations
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting
