- Lead and manage a variety of complex VAT advisory projects
- Provide specialist VAT advice on land and property transactions
- Support mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance transactions from a VAT perspective
- Advise internal teams and clients on a broad range of commercial VAT matters
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the VAT service offering
- Support technical presentations, webinars and client events
Previous Experience
- Previous experience within VAT Advisory gained in practice or industry
- Strong technical understanding of UK VAT legislation
- Exposure to VAT advisory projects involving property, transactions or corporate restructuring desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Highly motivated with a commitment to continuous professional development
