Additional: 4 hours of remote workshop preparation
We are looking for an experienced Vault CRM Capability Specialist to support a global pharmaceutical CRM transformation. The consultant will assess how existing commercial and medical processes can translate into practical Vault CRM requirements and identify capabilities, dependencies, and potential platform constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Vault CRM capabilities, configuration options, and legacy process exceptions.
- Assess requirements for platform fit and identify dependencies related to content, consent, mobile functionality, access, and integrations.
- Participate in targeted discussions with Veeva and review solution/design demonstrations.
- Support process consultants in developing feasible, business-focused requirements.
- Identify and communicate platform constraints, assumptions, and unknowns.
- Escalate questions requiring Veeva input without taking ownership of technical implementation.
- Produce capability-fit assessments, technical dependency questions, and feasibility review notes.

Requirements
- Demonstrable commercial or medical Vault CRM experience.
- Alternatively, a clearly evidenced pathway to Vault CRM expertise supported by relevant Veeva experience.
- Ability to assess Vault CRM capabilities and explain technical constraints in clear business terms.
- Experience reviewing CRM processes and translating them into practical system requirements.
- Strong understanding of CRM dependencies such as content, consent, mobile use, access, and integrations.
- Experience working with business/process consultants and technical platform teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
