Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to develop our on-chain infrastructure, bringing Vaults to market. Vaults are quickly becoming the default structure for asset management on-chain, a new generation of wrappers built to deliver performance to investors. More than $11bn now sits in curated vaults across hundreds of structures, in a market that barely existed two years ago.
This is an exciting opportunity to build on-chain asset management from the ground up. You’ll own the operating model end-to-end: how a vault is structured and regulated, how curators and managers are onboarded, and how the full asset management lifecycle runs from subscription through to redemption. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams as well as external partners.
This role is based full-time in our London office reporting into the Chief Product Officer.
What you'll be doing
- Define how vaults are structured, issued, funded, allocated and serviced on-chain.
- Own how deposits, redemptions and liquidity buffers work when the underlying alternative assets aren’t always liquid.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex launch timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Work with Compliance and Product Operations on custody, KYC at the point of deposit, permissioning and jurisdiction, so vaults fit within our regulatory framework.

This role will be a great fit if you:
- Deep understanding and interest of DeFi markets, knowledgeable on key trends and players.
- Have significant experience in strategy, funds, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
- Understand how a vault works end-to-end, from verification and deposits, through to how it is allocated, priced and paid back out.
- Have worked on or around investment funds, and understand the mechanics behind them.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions and are comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
- High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability, with a strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems rather than simply run them.
- The motivation to be part of an ambitious business where the pace is high and expectations are real.
