We are hiring a VC Content Intern
We are hiring a VC Content Intern to work inside our brand and content engine: clipping our film library, drafting daily content, tracking what wins in the niche, and supporting real shoots with founders and investors.
Pairs is where founders come to raise capital. We pair them with the right investors from a large, engaged global investor network, then our agents manage the relationships that turn into intros.
The role
This is a learning seat with real output, and there is no layer in it: you work alongside the two co-founders directly, the same people who built the brand and run the shoots. You write daily: posts, hooks, and scripts, including drafts in each founder's voice. You clip our testimonial and story footage into short-form cuts, keep a weekly read on what is winning in venture content, run publishing and distribution, and support shoots from prep to the day itself. Your work ships from week one. And the honest part: we built this seat to grow someone. We are not hiring task capacity; we are hiring a person to build up from the ground, inside the brand, into a full-time content seat. If you are obsessed with this space and want to learn it from inside a live machine, this is the shortest path we know.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Own
- Cut-downs: our film library of founder and investor stories, clipped into short-form for LinkedIn and X.
- The writing: daily posts, hooks, and scripts, including drafts in each founder's voice.
- The trend log: a weekly read on what is winning in venture and startup content, and why.
- Publishing, scheduling, and distribution across channels.
You are a fit if you
- Already live in the startup and VC corner of the internet daily, because you love it, not because this posting told you to.
- Have made things nobody asked for: a page, a newsletter, edits, memes, clips. Any size. You can drop links.
- Write every day already and take edits fast: posts, captions, scripts, a newsletter, anything you can show. Feedback in the morning, revision shipped by the afternoon.
- Can write in someone else's voice: you will draft for two founders with two different registers, and the draft has to sound like them, not you.
- Want to build a career in this space, not fill a semester.
- Bonus: video editing (CapCut, Premiere), design (Figma, Canva), on-camera comfort.
