About Venture University (VU)
Venture University is a global platform for developing the next generation of venture capital and private equity professionals. Our programs combine structured training with hands-on experience, giving participants practical skills, career development, and access to a global network of investors and entrepreneurs.
About the Program
The Venture Capital Investor Accelerator is an 11-week (with option to extend) apprenticeship-style training program. Participants join VU’s investment team in a learning capacity and gain exposure to:
- Deal sourcing and pipeline management
- Company and market due diligence
- Portfolio support and monitoring
- Fund strategy and portfolio construction

Program Details
- Duration: 11 weeks (with option to extend up to 12 months)
- Format: Hybrid (training + applied project work)
- Compensation: This is a tuition-based training program and not an employment opportunity. Participants are not employees of Venture University.
Application Process
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected applicants will be invited for a short interview before final decisions are made via email.
