We are looking for a motivated
The role is responsible for bringing to life the brand and campaign strategy for the team. This will help to ensure that we are building the team and brand to stand alone and grow its audience and fan base. You will build and bring to life the identity of the team, delivering on partner requirements while holding true to the core brand values. You will also be responsible for creating of brand & team identity, supporting expansion of fan base and increasing fan affiliation and support the implementation brand positioning/identity and build a thorough understanding of what delights our current and potential fans, prepare strategic campaign briefs and working closely with agencies and functional leads to develop innovative campaign propositions that cut through and convert interest into fandom.
The opportunity is for a 13-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Job Description
Brand Strategy, Campaigns & Activations
- Support the continued development and evolution of the VCARB brand strategy across key brand pillars and cultural initiatives.
- Lead the planning, development and delivery of brand campaigns, partnerships, events and activations from concept through to execution.
- Translate strategic objectives into engaging brand experiences that strengthen the VCARB brand globally.
- Develop campaign plans, project timelines and delivery frameworks to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.
- Support the delivery of major seasonal moments including special liveries, apparel launches, hospitality experiences, race activations and global events.
- Identify opportunities for the brand through emerging trends across fashion, music, art, sport and youth culture.
- Develop campaign strategies and creative briefs informed by audience insight, cultural trends and business objectives, translating opportunities into compelling brand campaigns and experiences.
- Champion the VCARB brand across all touchpoints, ensuring campaigns, partnerships and experiences consistently reflect the team's positioning, tone of voice and creative ambition.
- Proactively identify and develop new campaign concepts, cultural platforms and partnership opportunities that strengthen the VCARB brand beyond Formula One and drive continued innovation.

Brand Planning & Marketing Integration
- Assist with the development of the annual Brand & Marketing roadmap, bringing together priorities across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Fan Engagement, Partnerships and Commercial.
- Define key campaign moments, launches and cultural initiatives across the season to create a cohesive annual marketing plan.
- Act as the central point of coordination across marketing functions, maintaining alignment and evolving plans as business priorities shift throughout the season.
- Ensure all brand activity contributes to a connected, strategically planned marketing calendar rather than standalone campaigns.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with Brand Design, Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Digital and wider business functions to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, production partners, suppliers and freelancers throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, manage approvals and maintain clear communication across multiple workstreams.
- Support the sourcing and management of talent, creators, artists and collaborators where required.
- Confidently challenge briefs, contribute strategic thinking and help push ideas beyond the expected.
Delivery & Operations
- Own project timelines, budgets and delivery plans across multiple campaigns and activations.
- Coordinate production logistics for events, launches, campaigns and experiential activity.
- Ensure every activation reflects the quality, ambition and creative standards of the VCARB brand.
- Maintain organised project documentation and processes to support efficient team operations.
- Represent Visa Cash App Racing Bulls professionally with partners, suppliers and stakeholders at all times.
- Travel internationally to support race events, launches and key brand activations where required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering brand campaigns, activations or events for a leading brand, agency or rights holder.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop ideas and turn them into outstanding execution.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and production partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across all levels of a business.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how brand activity supports wider business objectives.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while managing changing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge briefs and drive projects forward.
- Genuine passion for Formula One, sport, fashion, music or youth culture, with an understanding of how they intersect.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
We will consider a nice to have the following qualifications:
- Experience managing global brand partnerships or sponsorship activations.
- Experience working with talent, creators, artists or influencers.
- Experience delivering large-scale live events or experiential marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of creative production across print, digital and social.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or presentation design.
- Experience within Formula One, motorsport, sport, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
