VDU Eye Exams
Are you entitled to a VDU eye examination?
Did you know that according to The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations, all employers are required to provide all employees who use visual display units (such as computers) with eye tests when requested and glasses, if needed?
However, a staggering 73% of UK companies are not complying with the regulations.
If your job role requires you to work with a computer, or any other visual display unit, then please ask your employers about a VDU eye examination at Eye Smile Opticians. We can offer employers a competitive package which includes everything that is required from them by law.
VDU vouchers are a particularly effective way for companies to cover their obligations under health and safety regulations. We accept both eyecare vouchers and corporate vouches. One voucher can be purchased to cover both the eye examination and the cost of the glasses, if required for VDU use.
