I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Translate commercial and medical field requirements into scalable CRM configurations, data models, and workflows across brands and geographies
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scoping, work breakdown, resource allocation, timeline management, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) management for implementation and enhancement projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders – conducting status calls, steering committee updates, and change-management discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, QA, and client IT) to ensure CRM releases and data integrations are executed smoothly and on schedule
- Manage UAT cycles, release planning, and post-go-live hypercare for CRM configuration changes
- Identify and mitigate integration risks between Veeva CRM and adjacent commercial data sources and platforms
- Maintain comprehensive documentation: requirements, configuration specifications, test scripts, and training materials

- Demonstrated project or program management experience – managing workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with clients throughout delivery
- Solid understanding of pharma commercial operations: field force structures, territory alignment, call planning, sample management, and related compliance considerations
- Comfort working with cross-functional data (CRM, prescription, claims, or marketing data) to inform CRM design decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate technical CRM details for business and clinical audiences and vice versa
- Structured, organized approach to documentation, testing, and change governance in a regulated environment
