Salary: £27,800 plus excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (with a one-hour lunch break)

Vertu Mercedes Benz and Volvo Admin Hub in Plymouth is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Vehicle Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy administration hub, supporting multiple areas of the business while working alongside a welcoming and experienced team.
Following a successful induction and training period, there is also the opportunity for hybrid working after approximately 3 to 6 months, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance.

About The Role
As a Vehicle Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery. Working closely with colleagues across the dealership, you will be responsible for completing key administrative tasks accurately and efficiently while supporting an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing vehicle invoices and taxation accurately and efficiently
- Creating and maintaining customer and vehicle records
- Maintaining accurate customer databases and vehicle history records
- Ordering vehicles through manufacturer systems
- Coordinating subcontract work where required
- Monitoring vehicle orders and progressing them through to delivery
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership
About You
We are looking for an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and has a strong eye for detail.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and numerical abilities
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Previous motor trade experience is highly desirable, particularly within vehicle administration, sales administration or a dealership environment. Experience using Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
