Vehicle Administrator Location: Durham Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent

About the Opportunity

Pybus Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Full-Time Vehicle Administrator on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership group in Durham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a busy dealership environment. Working closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of vehicle sales and stock processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and accurately record vehicle stock details.
  • Process invoices, vehicle documentation, and customer information efficiently.
  • Complete vehicle taxation for sold vehicles to support timely customer handovers.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Provide general ad hoc administrative support as required.

  • Previous experience in a vehicle administration role (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other administrative systems.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • A professional and proactive approach to work.
