We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to come and join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Vehicle Administrator for Vertu Vehicle Solutions! This role is based on site at our BMW Prep Centre in Sunderland.
We are offering a basic salary of up to £24,784.50 plus an excellent range of Company benefits. This is based on a 37.5 hour working week. You will be working between the hours of 08:30am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday with NO WEEKEND WORKING!
Responsibilities
- Ensuring invoicing vehicles are completed accurately and on time
- Creating vehicle and customer records
- Facilitating the development of an accurate, clean, customer database and vehicle history
- Delivering the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers
- Being flexible to accommodate increased workflow at certain times of the month

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- Target driven and attention to detail
- Excellent IT / PC / Numerical skills
- Kerridge experience is beneficial but not essential
