Vehicle Administrator
Salary: £27,800 plus excellent company benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (with a one-hour lunch break)
Are you an experienced Vehicle Administrator looking for your next opportunity with a successful and growing automotive retailer? At Vertu Volvo Exeter, we're looking for an organised and detail-focused individual to join our friendly and supportive team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

About The Role
As a Vehicle Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery. Working closely with colleagues across the dealership, you'll ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

- Processing vehicle invoices and taxation accurately and efficiently
- Creating and maintaining customer and vehicle records
- Ensuring a clean, accurate customer database and vehicle history records
- Ordering vehicles through manufacturer systems
- Coordinating subcontract work where required
- Monitoring vehicle orders and progressing them through to delivery
- Supporting the dealership in delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You
We're looking for someone who has previous Vehicle Administration experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
You'll Also Have
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and numerical abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Experience using Kerridge would be advantageous, but isn't essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
