About Wilsons Auctions

Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement for a full-time Vehicle Inspector in our Belfast branch.

Duties

  • Preparing vehicles for inspection
  • Inspecting vehicles prior auction
  • Reporting on a daily basis to vendors and customers
  • Dealing with corporate clients and customers

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident use of IT systems
  • Ability to work individually and also as part of a team
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • A flexible attitude to working hours
  • Good working knowledge of vehicles preferably in bodywork
  • A Full UK Driving Licence for 3 years or more

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection process / body shop & mechanical experience

On completion of a successful 6 months probationary period, the successful applicant will receive full NAMA training.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (30 min lunch)
