Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Join one of East Anglia’s leading manufacturer-approved accident repair and refinishing centres.
At The Bodycentre Ltd, we don’t just repair vehicles, we restore them to manufacturer standards. As a family-run, prestige accident repair and refinishing centre with over 30 years of experience, and over 14 manufacturer approvals, we’ve built our reputation on exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service and doing things the right way.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing accurate estimates, enjoys working with a wide range of vehicles and wants to be part of a business that genuinely values quality over quantity.
The Role
As our Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates and helping guide repairs from initial inspection through to completion.
You will work closely with technicians, insurers, manufacturers and customers to ensure every repair meets the highest possible standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
