The Role
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient repair assessments while maintaining the high standards that define The Vella Group.

Core Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, right-first-time repair assessments
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe systems
- Understand and apply the terms of all insurer and customer contracts
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, keeping precise records in the company management system
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous VDA/estimating experience
- Proficiency in Audatex and E-Scribe
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A flexible, adaptable approach to work

Key Details
- Hours: 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Licence: Full UK driving licence required
- Location: On-site, Trafford park, Manchester
