We’re growing fast and looking for driven individuals who love cars to join our team as a Vehicle Dismantler at our Ops Centre in Skelmersdale, WN8 9SU. At Green Parts Specialists Ltd, we’re not just dismantling vehicles — we’re driving change in the automotive industry. As the UK’s leading ISO-accredited vehicle recycling company, we’re passionate about giving quality parts a second life while supporting a more sustainable future.

If you have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, we can teach you everything else. The salary for this position is £27,976 with an OTE of up to £37,500 per annum.

What You’ll Do

  • Dismantle vehicles safely and efficiently — we’ll train you on the right methods and equipment
  • Identify and remove quality reusable parts for resale
  • Work in a fast-paced workshop environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Be part of a close-knit team working towards shared daily targets

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for cars and automotive work — whether you’re a hobbyist, home mechanic, or experienced pro
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the desire to learn and grow
  • Reliability and pride in your work
  • Previous experience in vehicle dismantling or automotive repair is a bonus — but not essential
