We're looking for a Vehicle Engineering Coordinator to join our Vehicle Engineering team and play a central role in helping deliver the next generation of Aston Martin vehicles. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the heart of vehicle development, collaborating with specialists across the business, and ensuring that engineering activities remain aligned from concept through to delivery.
As a Vehicle Engineering Coordinator
- You'll support the delivery of vehicle programmes by helping coordinate technical activities across key areas including vehicle attributes, design verification, virtual series development, and prototype vehicle builds.
- You'll work closely with engineers, attribute teams, programme teams, design, testing, and product strategy functions, helping ensure that critical technical decisions are informed, risks are understood, and programmes stay on track.
No two days will be the same. One day you might be helping drive the resolution of a complex engineering issue. The next, you could be coordinating vehicle development activities, supporting prototype build planning, or helping to prepare technical recommendations for senior engineering forums. Throughout it all, you'll be helping ensure that engineering integrity, quality, timing, and customer expectations remain at the centre of every decision.

This role sits within the Chief Technical Engineer and Vehicle Engineering Management function, a team that plays a vital role in ensuring Aston Martin vehicles deliver against the attributes, performance, and character that define our brand. The function works across the entire engineering organisation, bringing together people, processes, and technical information to support successful programme delivery.
We're interested in hearing from people who have an automotive engineering background and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- You might already be involved in vehicle engineering, testing, development, integration, or programme coordination, and be looking for an opportunity where you can broaden your exposure across the full vehicle development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of vehicle development processes, engineering issue resolution, and technical problem-solving will help you succeed in this role.
Beyond your technical experience, you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing structure to complex challenges, and working collaboratively to achieve results. You'll be self-motivated, organised, and confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine enthusiasm for vehicle engineering and a passion for helping deliver exceptional products.
