Salary: Up to £33,400 DOE (OTE up to £37,500 with overtime)

Overview
ISQ Recruitment are looking for an experienced Vehicle F-Gas Technician to join a busy engineering and commercial vehicle facility in Wiltshire. This role will see you involved in new refrigeration system installations, ongoing maintenance, and supporting large fleet projects across the region.
You'll be joining a team that values technical excellence, precision and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities
- Installing refrigeration units and components into commercial vehicles to high safety and performance standards.
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
- Assisting with diagnostic work and supporting other technicians on complex repairs.
- Ensuring all workshop tasks are completed safely and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Managing inventory, equipment and materials relevant to installation projects.
- Supporting the engineering team with project preparation, planning and equipment checks.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Previous experience installing and maintaining vehicle refrigeration systems.
- Qualified in F‑Gas & ODS Regulations - Category I (City & Guilds 2079‑11) plus F‑Gas Category 2.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy during installation work.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to project delivery.
