The Role
We are growing our Broker team! As a Vehicle Finance Broker, you’ll be at the heart of our early UK operations, helping customers secure the right finance product, managing deals end-to-end, building relationships with lenders, and delivering the best customer experience in the market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid experience in the UK vehicle or asset finance space who is looking for more. You’ll join a small, but scaling, team that has just launched in the UK, working directly with our Broker Lead and Founder.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound customer applications and guide them through their finance journey
- Match customers to suitable lenders based on credit profile, income, and vehicle type
- Build early relationships with lenders and understand their policies
- Collaborate closely with ops, product, and engineering as we refine the UK funnel
- Document learnings, gaps, and opportunities to help us shape UK product-market fit
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years’ experience in UK car/asset finance.
- Strong communication skills and genuine customer empathy
- High ownership: you love solving problems and making processes better
- Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving processes
- A positive, commercial, outcomes-focused mindset
- An ability to work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and management to achieve shared goals.
