Job Opportunity: Vehicle Handover Specialist

Location: Corby

Employment Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £13.30

Our client, a prominent leader in automotive logistics and remarketing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Handover Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the vehicle handover process for collection agents across various models and manufacturers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during vehicle collection, providing expert knowledge on vehicle controls, features, and specifications.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and checks are completed prior to vehicles departing the site.
  • Collaborate closely with the handover team to maintain high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Uphold quality and cleanliness standards of vehicles being handed over.

Skills Required

  • Experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • Full UK/EU Driving Licence is essential.
  • Ability to assist Hand-over Agents in the vehicle handover process.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively explain vehicle controls and demonstrate as needed.
  • A proactive approach to supporting various areas within the handover process.

Working Pattern

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 17:00
