Vehicle Inspector - Mobile
NSL, part of Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Inspector to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

All candidates applying for this role must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
What you'll be doing:
As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London [TfL] Quality Assurance systems.
- Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria
- Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers
- Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required
- Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation
- Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes

What we're looking for:
- Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licencing rules
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong report writing abilities
- Full UK Driving License

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8.5 hours a day with potential for overtime and weekend working during busy periods
- Contract: Full-time 42.5 hours per week.
