We are looking for an experienced System Integrator, Front End to join the Total Vehicle, Validation and Integration Team, supporting the vehicle programme. This role is focused on ensuring the successful integration, validation and production readiness of front-end systems across all product variants, with a strong emphasis on buildability, quality, launch readiness and production capability.
The Role
As System Integrator, you will be responsible for supporting total vehicle validation and integration activities to ensure product maturity, customer-relevant quality characteristics and production readiness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, specialist departments and plant networks to ensure the front-end system can be assembled safely, efficiently and consistently within the production environment.
You will contribute to team KPIs, deliverables, task prioritisation, capacity planning and reporting, while also creating transparency around key risks, issues and target conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of cross-plant validation strategy.
- Ensure achievement of a production-capable product and process within manufacturing, assembly and total vehicle quality.
- Lead and support partial build events, incorporating lessons learned from previous vehicle models.
- Develop validation and variant planning.
- Carry out and document launch viability activities.
- Plan, deliver and document validation results.
- Assess front-end manufacturability, including acoustics, noise levels, water resistance, ease of use and buildability.
- Ensure agreed production requirements are implemented from a buildability, function and quality perspective.
- Identify product and process deviations, review implemented measures and recommend improvements where required.
- Analyse system performance against geometric targets and production feasibility.
- Support problem management processes, including pre-analysis, reporting, documentation and confirmation of solutions.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle engineering, production integration, validation or launch activities. You will be confident working in a complex, cross-functional environment and able to analyse technical problems, coordinate stakeholders and drive issues through to resolution.

- Bachelor’s degree, HNC in Engineering, Level 6 Engineering Apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Rolls-Royce, MINI or BMW product integration, launch viability, production or analysis processes.
- Understanding of vehicle assembly and manufacturing environments.
- Experience using problem-solving and quality tools.
- CAD experience for vehicle analysis.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle engineering concepts and designs.
- Experience in launch, change coordination or vehicle build activities.
- Ability to work within cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
