Take Your Mechanical Skills Further

Are you an experienced Vehicle Mechanic, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician looking for a role that offers greater technical variety, more advanced vehicle technology and the opportunity to work across multiple manufacturers?

At Motofix, we believe modern accident repair is one of the most technically rewarding sectors within the automotive industry.

Rather than carrying out routine servicing and maintenance, you'll use your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair and rebuild collision-damaged vehicles, working with advanced diagnostics, ADAS technology, geometry equipment and electric vehicle systems every day.

If you enjoy solving complex technical problems and want to broaden your skills beyond a traditional dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Motofix?

Motofix is one of the South of England's leading accident repair groups, operating nine purpose-built repair centres equipped with the latest manufacturer-approved repair technology.

We repair vehicles for many of the world's leading automotive brands and are trusted by insurers, manufacturers and fleet operators to return vehicles to pre-accident condition safely and professionally.

Our technicians work across virtually every major manufacturer, giving you exposure to a far wider range of vehicle technologies than most dealership environments can offer.

Why Dealership Mechanics Are Choosing Motofix

Many of our technicians have joined us from franchised dealerships because they wanted more technical variety and new challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
