Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic

Are you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 3+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for you!
We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars.
You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.
What will I be doing?
- Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
- Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
- Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard

What do I need for this role?
- Your own tools
- 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician
- Understand and comply with health and safety standards
- A full and valid Driving Licence
It will be a bonus if you had:
- MOT Tester qualification
- NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+
The Package
- Pay ranges from £30k–£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+
- Performance bonus

- Annual holiday - 28 days
Working Hours: (two different shifts available)
Option 1:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday
Option 2:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or Sunday
Overtime available
Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
