Paint Technician
Broxbourne Area
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Performance Related Bonus
About the Role
Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Technician to join a leading automotive accident repair business in the Broxbourne area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Paint Technician to work within a modern, well-equipped bodyshop, delivering high-quality paint finishes and repairs while benefiting from ongoing training, career progression, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, prime and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
- Carry out paint repairs efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
- Achieve excellent colour matching and finishing results
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Collaborate with workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time and to the highest standards

Requirements
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Paint Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques
- Excellent colour matching and paint finishing skills
- ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- A full UK driving licence
