Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Location: North Exeter, EX17
Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour / Up to £41,600 + Time Saved Bonus
Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a successful and well-established accident repair centre in North Exeter.
Our client is a respected and growing Accident Repair Bodyshop Group with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to their busy and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles and panels for paintwork
- Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out full and partial resprays
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality
- Working efficiently to meet productivity targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating with the wider bodyshop team to deliver exceptional repairs

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
