Paint Technician
Location: Stoner Motor Company – Medway
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive
Role Description
Stoner Motor Company is looking for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Paint Technician to join our growing Bodyshop in Medway. You will play a key role in restoring vehicles to the highest standards, working with modern equipment and the latest paint technologies while being supported by an experienced and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paint to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Carry out paint repairs, refinishing work, and full vehicle resprays
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
- Inspect completed work to maintain excellent finish quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workshop operations

Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of modern paint systems, products, and repair techniques
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Bodyshop Paint Sprayer
- Experience working within a professional accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
