We're looking for a Vehicle Procurement Administration Executive to join our growing Procurement team.
About the Role
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities and getting involved in the detail. You'll support the day-to-day running of our vehicle procurement activities, helping to manage vehicle campaigns, monitor stock, maintain reporting and work closely with colleagues, manufacturers and brokers.
Whether you're already working in procurement, automotive or operations, or looking to build on your experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge within a key area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration and coordination of vehicle procurement activities
- Helping to set up and manage vehicle sales campaigns
- Monitoring vehicle stock and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Producing reports and maintaining management information
- Supporting the management of campaigns from launch through to completion
- Acting as a point of contact for queries from internal teams, manufacturers and brokers
- Assisting with rebates, bonuses and buyback administration
- Looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more efficiently
- Supporting the team in maintaining strong controls and compliance standards
- Working closely with colleagues across Procurement, Commercial and Operations
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Good Excel and general IT skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving the way things are done
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, but experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Procurement or supply chain
- Automotive, leasing or fleet operations
- Administration or operational support
- Working in a regulated environment
- Roles where accuracy, process and stakeholder management were important
