Vehicle Progress Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Vehicle Progress Coordinator to join our sales team in Birstall.

As Vehicle Progress Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles moving efficiently through the sales process while delivering an excellent customer experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll liaise with customers and colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle orders and coordinating with manufacturers on progress, specification changes, and amendments.
• Overseeing new and used vehicle registrations.
• Monitoring bodybuilder schedules to ensure agreed completion dates are met.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
• Processing vehicle invoices, coding costs, and updating sales systems.
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries, transfers, and collections.
• Supporting Area Sales Managers throughout the order-to delivery process.
• Using Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities, activities, and reporting.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and maximise efficiency.
