Tarka Van Hire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Executive to join our team in Bideford!

About the Role
As a Vehicle Rental Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Weekend work (every other weekend)
- Processing rentals and managing customer accounts
- Cleaning and delivering vehicles
- Managing the fleet and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained
- Travel to other branches for the day
Qualifications
- Previous vehicle rental experience preferred but not essential
- Full UK and clean driving license, held for a minimum of 2 years
- An understanding of computer software, including Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be required to work every other weekends, with a day off in the week every other week on a rotational basis.
- Travel may be required on occasion.
