Role Description
The Vehicle Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bolton, responsible for supporting the sales team with accurate and timely administration of vehicle transactions. This includes processing new and used vehicle orders, preparing and checking sales documentation, updating internal systems and manufacturer portals, and ensuring all compliance and registration requirements are met. The role involves coordinating with sales associates, finance and insurance providers, and external partners to ensure smooth handover of vehicles to guests. The Vehicle Sales Administrator also maintains records, manages stock and vehicle data, and helps produce reports for management. The position requires a detail-oriented approach, a strong focus on guest experience, and alignment with Cambria’s values and Four Pillars.

- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience handling documentation, data entry, and record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Candidates should possess good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, guests, and external partners.
- IT Skills: Candidates should possess solid IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to quickly learn dealership or CRM systems.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on compliance, financial correctness, and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in automotive sales administration or a similar commercial environment is beneficial, along with knowledge of vehicle registration, invoicing, and finance processes.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-motivated approach, commitment to Cambria’s Four Pillars, and willingness to learn and develop within the business are highly valued.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK: A valid right to work in the UK and, ideally, GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics are advantageous.
