Vehicle Sales Compliance Manager
Location: Leek Road, Hanley
Salary: £25,000 Basic | £70,402 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Vehicle Sales Compliance Manager to join our team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who combines strong sales ability with excellent attention to detail and a passion for compliance.
You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives the right level of information and support when purchasing insurance products, while maximising sales opportunities and maintaining the highest standards of FCA and GDPR compliance.
Your Role:
- Drive sales and maximise income across General Insurance and Finance products through inbound and outbound telesales
- Ensure every customer receives clear, accurate and compliant information throughout the sales process
- Act as a compliance champion, ensuring calls, offers and transactions meet FCA, TCF and GDPR requirements
- Audit transactions and ensure all disclosures and documentation are accurate and complete
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and income targets
- Identify new sales opportunities by analysing performance and customer data
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by explaining insurance products clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records across all relevant systems
- Support a high-performing, target-driven and compliant sales environment

About You:
- Has proven experience in high-volume telesales
- Has previous insurance experience, or a strong interest in developing within insurance sales
- Has excellent communication and telephone skills
- Is confident handling objections and converting sales opportunities
- Has a strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, FCA regulations, TCF and GDPR
- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
- Is confident using computer systems and online platforms
- Is highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
