Vehicle Sales Manager/General Manager
(Destination Motorcycles – Dorset)
Our decades old motorcycle division focusses simply on exciting products, customer passion, fun, and high-volume retail sales. Our Dorset supersite is budgeted to sell over 1000 units pa, all to retail customers; in other words, back to basics!
We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager or, depending on experience, a Selling General Manager to lead this fast-paced, high-energy operation.
Our brand line-up includes market leaders such as Triumph, KTM, and its extended family — Husqvarna and GasGas. We’re also excited to represent CF Moto, a dynamic new entrant from China. Alongside these, our Used All-Makes Centre is targeted to deliver over 600 retail units per annum.
This is a hands-on, demanding, and fast paced role, but for the right person with the right experience, we offer an exceptional remuneration package reflecting successful delivery of, but not limited to, the following:
- Running and stocking an ‘All-Makes Used’ centre with over 120 bikes
- New volumes and target achievement for circa 450 annually
- Upselling Parts, Clothing and Accessories as well as GAP & warranty products
- A dynamic sales processes/embrace our enquiry management technology
- A CRM strategy for a biking community with reputation at the heart
- Leadership style of engagement providing an outstanding colleague experience
- A powerful relationship with marketing and support summertime bike events

Working Hours:
- The role requires working on Saturdays, with a day off provided during the week.
- Hours: 40 per week. Summer/winter hours may vary.
- While we do not trade on Sundays as standard, occasional Sunday attendance may be required for events hosted by Destination Motorcycles.
