Vehicle Sales Manager/General Manager

(Destination Motorcycles – Dorset)

Our decades old motorcycle division focusses simply on exciting products, customer passion, fun, and high-volume retail sales. Our Dorset supersite is budgeted to sell over 1000 units pa, all to retail customers; in other words, back to basics!

Our brand line-up includes market leaders such as Triumph, KTM, and its extended family — Husqvarna and GasGas. We’re also excited to represent CF Moto, a dynamic new entrant from China. Alongside these, our Used All-Makes Centre is targeted to deliver over 600 retail units per annum.

This is a hands-on, demanding, and fast paced role, but for the right person with the right experience, we offer an exceptional remuneration package reflecting successful delivery of, but not limited to, the following:

  • Running and stocking an ‘All-Makes Used’ centre with over 120 bikes
  • New volumes and target achievement for circa 450 annually

  • A dynamic sales processes/embrace our enquiry management technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
